Role: Technical Coordinator
The Technical Coordinator will be a full-time role where you will form part of the verification team. As part of this team, you will complete verifications of the mechanical sprinkler service paperwork to ensure continued compliance within our LPS 1048 Accreditation.
You will attend operational Teams meetings to discuss verification failures and work with team managers to implement proactive actions for compliance improvement.
You will build strong relations with operational service teams to influence others and drive improved compliance and target achievement.

How you will do it
1. Review weekly service paperwork from Servicemax Excel Report
2. Complete verification template and attach to work order
3. Update verification tracker with results
4. Attend verification meetings with operational teams
5. Engage with technicians to promote best compliance practices
6. Drive verification compliance targets
Who we look for
* Relevant industry experience (desirable but not essential)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive in verification and compliance
* Ability to build relationships and influence others
* Proactive approach to continuous process improvement
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
