At Reed, we are always on the lookout for skilled Sales Administrators with experience in the office environment on a temporary basis. We are currently working with a return clientto recruit a temporary Sales Administrator.
As the Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for:
* Checking customer credit status and updating details
* Entering sales orders and producing invoices
* Printing/sending/filing sales invoices.
* Printing delivery/collection notes
* Emailing monthly statements
* Calling customers for any outstanding invoices
* Entering purchase invoices and matching delivery/collection notes
* Arranging courier collections via online portal
* Taking online payments
