Receptionist (Corporate)

Location: Manchester (near Manchester Piccadilly Station)

Salary: £26,056 - £30,957 (DOE) + Benefits, including Private Medical Insurance

Hours: 40 per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm or 9:00am – 6:00pm (No weekends)

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join our team at a client site in St Paul’s, London. This is a prestigious front-of-house role where you’ll be the first point of contact for employees and visitors — providing a warm, professional, and efficient service that reflects both HCA’s and our client’s standards of excellence.

You’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming environment and delivering a smooth, high-quality experience for every patient and visitor.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcome and assist clients and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and discretion.
2. Manage front-of-house operations, including telephone and email enquiries.
3. Issue and explain client paperwork, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
4. Support a seamless journey by communicating clearly and anticipating needs.
5. Maintain high standards of presentation, safety, and confidentiality at all times.
6. Work independently and confidently in a professional, fast-paced setting.

About You:

7. Previous Receptionist or Front of House experience (2+ years) essential.
8. Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both face-to-face and via phone/email.
9. Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
10. Confident working autonomously in a professional corporate environment.
11. Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
12. Healthcare or corporate front-of-house experience is desirable but not essential.
13. A polished, approachable, and adaptable manner — always representing HCA’s values of care, integrity, excellence, and teamwork.
