As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will need to communicate with students in a supportive and motivating way, helping to build strong, trusting relationships that enable them to thrive.
This role is well suited to experienced Teaching Assistants, graduates, or aspiring teachers who are looking to gain valuable experience before pursuing teacher training.

* Has previous experience working with children with additional needs, or a strong desire to do so
* Is able to follow EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans) or other personalised learning plans
* Demonstrates a genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs
* Can create a nurturing, inclusive learning environment that supports every child’s development
* Shows patience, empathy, and understanding when supporting diverse learning needs
* Takes a proactive and flexible approach, adapting to different situations and challenges
