As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Nursery Manager to join our team and help lead our nursery into its next exciting chapter. You'll have the support of a dedicated management team and a hands-on owner who is actively involved across the nursery and supports the team at every step.
The Role
As Nursery Manager, you'll take the lead in running the nursery while working closely with a friendly, supportive team. You'll help create a nurturing, inspiring environment for children, and ensure everything runs smoothly. This is a hands-on role where your leadership, organisation, and passion for early years will make a real difference.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Overseeing day-to-day nursery life, making sure every child has a positive learning experience
* Leading, supporting, and developing the nursery team, encouraging a happy and motivated culture
* Ensuring we meet Ofsted and all regulatory standards
* Building strong relationships with children, families, and local partners
* Monitoring nursery performance and finding ways to keep improving
* Managing budgets, resources, and occupancy to help the nursery grow sustainably
* Maintaining the highest standards in safeguarding, health & safety, and record-keeping
About You
We're looking for a confident, approachable leader who is passionate about early years education and creating a warm, welcoming nursery.
You'll Have:
* Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
* At least 2 years' experience in a nursery leadership or management role
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted requirements
* Excellent communication and people skills
* A proactive, solution-focused approach with strong organisational abilities
* A nurturing, inspiring attitude towards children
* An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
