Beavertown began life in a tiny BBQ joint in Haggerston, North London. In 2020 we opened BEAVERWORLD, our Out of this World brewery & mothership in Ponders End. Alongside our Lockwood Brewery in Tottenham Hale and our micro-brewery at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium we have the capacity to brew a staggering 90 million pints a year.

The Role
The RFSM will be focussed on delivering our commercial agenda whilst establishing a high performing & highly engaged sales force in London & the South Coast. You will be well networked within your region and be responsible for collaboration with all On-Trade customers across Nationals, L&T and Independents.
We are a people first business and so engagement within the sales teams is key for us to achieve our goals. To measure our progress here, we have enrolled in Gallup’s annual engagement survey which relays how our people are really feeling in the workplace. The RFSM will directly contribute to the progress and success of the survey by listening to their people and implementing change where it is required.
There will be a range of KPIs for the RFSM and the Account Managers within the team, across new tap targets, volume growth and creating advocacy. This is all about creating indispensable, value adding relationships with our customers. We encourage our people to try new things with a customer first approach, because we believe to do things no other brewer has done before, we need to keep pushing the boundaries.
We like to do things differently at Beavertown and so we are looking for a creative individual who can implement operational process without losing the heart & soul of our culture. Our team members are encouraged to be completely individualistic and our approach to developing sales capability is tailored to each person. The right candidate will have their own grasp on sales process and will play a key role in developing Beavertown’s own sales school.
