About The Job

This role is perfect for an experienced People Coordinator or someone eager to take their first step into HR. You'll be involved in every stage of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to development and beyond, gaining hands-on experience that will shape your career. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to exciting global People projects, collaborate with colleagues around the world, and grow your skills in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
We offer hybrid working, with two days per week in the office—usually Tuesdays and Thursdays (and occasionally Mondays for inductions)—giving you the flexibility to balance work and life while staying connected with the team.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding
Manage all aspects of the onboarding process to ensure a smooth experience, including delivering engaging and welcoming induction sessions for new employees.
Training
Take ownership of planning and coordinating impactful regional training programs—sourcing the best vendors, shaping content to meet business needs, and ensuring seamless delivery.
Recruitment
Play a key role in recruitment by coordinating and administering activities, with the opportunity to get involved in the full end-to-end hiring process.
Data Management
Keep our people data accurate and up to date across systems, maintain database integrity, and ensure payroll is informed of any changes—helping us run efficiently and effectively.
Wellbeing Initiatives
Drive employee engagement by organizing creative monthly wellbeing activities and designing an inspiring annual calendar of events that promote health and happiness at work.
Minute Taking
Take clear and accurate minutes during HR meetings, such as Union meetings, Sickness Reviews and Grievance hearings, ensuring timely distribution to relevant stakeholders.
Team Collaboration & Development
Work within a supportive team environment that offers mentoring and guidance to help you grow and develop your career.
Technical Skills
Utilize excellent IT skills across PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint and Excel to support various HR processes and reporting.
Qualifications
About You
You'll have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the professionalism to handle sensitive information discreetly.
Building strong, collaborative relationships will be central to your role, as well as delivering exceptional service to colleagues and stakeholders.
While not essential, a CIPD qualification or working towards one is desirable however support with this is something which could be possible as part of the successful candidate's professional development.
