This is a customer-facing role where you’ll work with leading-edge imaging systems, helping clients across research, manufacturing, and industrial sectors. What You’ll Be Doing: * Providing technical support and guidance on machine vision systems and imaging components. * Supporting SEM users with imaging workflows, troubleshooting, and system integration. * Collaborating with sales and engineering teams to deliver tailored imaging solutions. * Conducting demos, training sessions, and on-site visits to support customer success. What You’ll Bring: * Degree in Physics, Optics, Engineering, or a related field. * Experience with scientific imaging, machine vision, or electron microscopy. * Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. * Ability to work independently and travel to client sites when needed.
