Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Worcester Park for a Sales Manager – Groups. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and cultivating group sales opportunities, managing group bookings, and building long‑lasting client relationships. The role requires proactive engagement with key accounts, increasing revenue through tailored group sales strategies, coordinating with internal teams, and analysing sales performance. The candidate will also ensure an exceptional client journey by providing personalised and professional service.

* Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue objectives
* Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills to build strong client relationships
* Well‑developed organisational skills to manage multiple bookings and meet deadlines

* Knowledge of market trends and insights to identify business opportunities
* Ability to work on‑site collaboratively with the team at Worcester Park
* Previous experience in the hospitality industry and a bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field is a plus
* Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic work environments
