Location: Head Office – OL6 9HN (travel to care homes required)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Care Quality Inspector to join our team. This is a pivotal role ensuring that our care homes continuously meet regulatory standards and deliver exceptional care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct regular audits across our group of care homes to assess compliance, care quality, and operational effectiveness.
* Report audit findings to the Senior Management Team, highlighting both strengths and areas requiring improvement.
* Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement across services.
* Support care home managers in implementing action plans following audits.
* Keep up to date with current CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with internal teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
* Experience in the care home sector is essential, ideally with knowledge of CQC regulations.
* Strong understanding of care quality standards and compliance frameworks.
* Excellent communication, observation, and report-writing skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (company car available for work-related travel).
