Are you a dedicated nurse looking to make a real difference in the lives of others? We're on the lookout for a Clinical Lead Nurse to join a ‘Good’ rated nursing home in Chard, Somerset. The Clinical Lead role is fully supernumerary, working 3 or 4 days per week from 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, flexible.
The Clinical Lead Nurse role comes with an attractive salary of £26.50 per hour, plus paid breaks, and you will be working 36 hours a week which totals an annual salary of circa £50,000. The role is to work 3 or 4 days per week, between Monday and Friday – no weekends.

As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will:
Assess and supervise all aspects of care, acting as a mentor to Nurses.
Evaluate social and health care needs of new clients and conduct ongoing assessments for all residents.
Ensure completion and maintenance of care plans in line with NMC guidelines and company policy.
Administer prescribed medications and document them according to procedures.
Supervise and guide junior staff, offering help and guidance as needed.
Attend mandatory training sessions and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.Package and Benefits:
