A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LINEN PORTER AT OUR HOTEL
What you'll be doing...
* Correctly count incoming/departing linen
* Distribute linen across the hotel
* Provide the housekeeping team with the correct items
* Ensure hotel corridors are free of linen and glassware
* Clean fans
* Report any linen shortages and damages to your Line Manager
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
* A friendly, professional approach with a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
* Prior food and beverage service experience is a plus, but we welcome a willingness to learn.
* Clear communication skills to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.
* A keen eye for detail, especially in order accuracy and food presentation.
* Team-focused, ready to support others to keep service flowing.
* Flexibility and energy to thrive in a fast-paced setting, handling peak times with ease.
