Applications are being sought for the position of a full time Team Leader for our Single Point of Access Team, which provides a gateway for people into Social Care; part of the Information, Advice and Assistance section which helps members of the public, their families and any professionals supporting them, to access the right information at the right time.

Do you have personal resilience that will enable you to remain calm under pressure whilst supporting your team and providing a high standard of service to the public? Are you passionate about being part of a team, as well as leading that team to success?
You will:
* Be a 'hands on' member of the team, able to directly support the people you work with and troubleshoot emerging issues;
* Lead your team by example through attention to detail and willingness to be flexible;
* Ensure that training needs are identified and met;
* Regularly monitor team performance to ensure service objectives are met;
* Ensure that all aspects of the Single Point of Access services are delivered effectively;
* Be part of the process of continuous improvement in terms of the service to the citizens of Conwy, professionals we engage with and the team members themselves;
* Be able to achieve a qualification to underpin your learning, where appropriate;
* Have the support of the Team Manager and the wider Information, Advice & Assistance management team;
* Be able to reach your full potential within a fast moving role; increasing your knowledge of Social Care and the processes involved.
