* Carry out maintenance and changeovers on “change part” equipment
* Tackle planned maintenance and keep things running smoothly
* Perform line changeovers to meet daily production plans
* Keep equipment in top shape and areas audit-ready

* Mechanical skills and practical mindset
* Comfortable working night shifts (4 on 4 off, 6pm – 6am)
* Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
* Proactive attitude toward maintenance and problem-solving
