Key Responsibilities As a Casualty Claims Handler, you will manage claims efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards. Claims Management: Handle EL/PL casualty claims, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution. Decision-Making: Take ownership of claims decisions within your authority, working closely with underwriters, risk engineers, and analysts. Client & Insurer Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to provide clear advice and updates. Professional Development: Engage in CPD and work towards professional qualifications, including CII certification.
