Customer Care Specialist

1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
2. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
3. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services.
7. Negotiate with customers to reach mutually beneficial solutions.
8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.

Experience: Not required

Languages: English – Advanced

Employment: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday
