Must have’s
* Previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role
* Experience using Xero for day to day accounting tasks
* Confident using a MAC computer
* Good working knowledge of Excel
* Experience with credit control and invoicing
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

So, what will you be doing?
* Invoicing and maintaining accurate financial records
* Credit control and chasing outstanding payments
* Processing payments and completing reconciliations
* Supporting general office administration
* Updating spreadsheets and financial data using Excel
* Using Xero for daily accounting tasks

* Ability to work independently while supporting a close knit team
* Strong communication skills for liaising internally on finance matters
