URGENTLY REQUIRED: Experienced air export clerk who ideally has strong experience within aog / time critical urgent shipments to join a well established company who have a specialist division.
Shift 4 on 4 off DAYS 7.00am - 7pm
* Handling urgent / aog shipments
* Complete all customs documents using Boxtop / Sequioa
* Dealing with urgent customer enquiries via telephone and email
* Liaising with the warehouse and assisting where required to ensure shipment is processed in a timely and professional manner.
* Invoicing & Billing
* Dealing with airlines / handler and road haulage companies
Experience is a must for this role, you should have strong air exports experience and worked within freight (not cargo or courier)
A full 5 year check will be carried out and a basic DBS check.
