Role Overview
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise online marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and revenue. The ideal candidate will have experience in SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
* Optimize websites for SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
* Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
* Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools
* Create and manage email marketing campaigns
* Work with designers and content creators to produce marketing materials
* Monitor competitors and industry trends
* Improve website traffic, conversions, and ROI
Required Skills
* Knowledge of SEO and keyword research
* Experience with Google Ads and PPC campaigns
* Strong understanding of social media marketing
* Ability to analyse data using Google Analytics
* Good content marketing and copywriting skills
* Basic knowledge of conversion optimization
Preferred Qualifications
* Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
* Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo)
* Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)
* Experience working with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce)
