As an Associate Product Lifecycle Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our product portfolio, working on a variety of projects that span the entire product lifecycle—from concept and development through to launch, ongoing support and eventual end‑of‑life management. This role offers a unique chance to gain hands‑on experience across different areas of the business, from product development and market analysis to customer engagement and marketing.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the PLM team to develop and communicate the product portfolio vision.
* Contribute to the development of new product features and enhancements.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform product strategy.
* Help create product roadmaps and support business case development.
* Assist in the delivery of product marketing and communication materials.
* Participate in customer and trade events, including presentations and demonstrations.
* Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales and customer service, to ensure the successful delivery of high‑quality products.
* Support senior product managers with various tasks, including meeting preparation and documentation.
* Assist with tendering and bid activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Strong time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the confidence to present to audiences at all levels.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
* A proactive and collaborative approach to working within a team and across departments.
Desirable Skills:
* An engineering background or relevant experience.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
* Previous experience with Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) technology.
