Advanced Specialist Nurse Dermatology
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will provide expert leadership and clinical oversight within the dermatology service. You will work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective, and evidence-based care for patients with a wide range of dermatological conditions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead and develop advanced nursing practice within dermatology.
* Deliver nurse-led clinics.
* Support service improvement and innovation.
* Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to nursing colleagues.
* Contribute to strategic planning and service development.
* Act as a resource for patients, carers, and professionals across NHS Borders.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
* Registered nurse with significant experience in dermatology.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Passion for improving patient outcomes and service delivery.
* Confident in autonomous decision-making and clinical assessment.
