Pet Sitter / House Sitter Needed – Mini Zoo Included We have a bit of a mini zoo and are looking for a reliable, animal-loving person to care for our pets for around 3 weeks from November to December. Our animals: 2 indoor cats (brothers) 2 American Akitas (brother & sister), who will be approximately 2½ years old 1 tropical fish tank What we’re looking for: Ideally someone who can stay overnight and be around for most of the day, as our animals are used to having people around rather than being left alone for long periods. Dogs: The Akitas are happy having 20–30 minutes running around the garden each day No walking required — they’re hard work on a lead and don’t have recall (as most Akitas don’t!) They entertain each other and tire themselves out Not fans of rain or getting wet either Cats: Indoor only One cat takes daily medication, which is simply sprinkled onto chopped ham He loudly reminds you it’s ham time, so it’s very easy and not a struggle at all Fish: Very low maintenance Food will be pre-portioned — just feed every other day We’d definitely want to meet beforehand so you can meet the animals, see the house, and make sure it’s a good fit for everyone.
