Independent Reviewing Officer (IRO) - Liverpool City Council Liverpool City Council are seeking an experienced Independent Reviewing Officer (IRO) to join their team. This is a dedicated IRO role (not a Child Protection Officer position) focused on ensuring that the care planning for Looked After Children (LAC) is effective, timely, and compliant with statutory and regulatory frameworks. You will play a critical role in independently reviewing Looked After Children Reviews, Secure Accommodation Reviews, Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) meetings and Missing from Care meetings, ensuring each child's voice is central to the planning process and that all plans promote positive outcomes and stability.
