* Manage correspondence (emails, phone calls, and post) in a professional and timely manner.
* Maintain accurate records, including invoices, purchase orders, and stock management.
* Support compliance and regulatory documentation in line with CQC and MHRA requirements.
* Provide administrative support to the Laboratory Manager/Directors and wider team.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and efficiency within the laboratory.
About You:
* Previous administrative experience (healthcare, dental, or laboratory environment preferred but not essential).
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Confident with IT systems and Microsoft Office (experience with dental or lab management software is an advantage).
* Ability to work independently and proactively, with a strong eye for detail.
* Enthusiastic, adaptable, and keen to grow with the business.
This is a full-time position with salary dependent on experience. The role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on a new and growing laboratory.
If you are motivated, organised, and excited to take on the challenge of helping build something from the ground up, we would love to hear from you.
