Resourcing Solutions Consultant - Reading, Berkshire, RG1 8DBContract: PermanentSalary: Competitive salary up to £70,000 per annum, depending on experienceFIXED TERM CONTRACT - 24 MONTHSThe Resourcing Solutions Specialist will support the Resourcing Solutions Manager in the successful delivery of employer brand position, pre-employment screening, and process improvement and guidance. They will lead development and continuous improvement across these core activities and support wider initiatives ensuring alignment, compliance, and well informed decision-making.The role holder will partner with internal and external stakeholders to shape and strengthen resourcing capability during a period of transformation, enabling strategic leads to focus on systems, governance, and transformation.
