Carers Together Foundation is an organisation dedicated to improving Carers’ quality of life. We listen to Carers, give them a voice, provide information, practical and emotional support and promote Carers’ rights across the South Tees area.
Position
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Chief Executive and the Senior Management Team. The post holder will also work directly with colleagues across the organisation and the Board of Trustees.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Chief Executive and Senior Management Team
* Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation and the Board of Trustees
* Manage agendas, meetings, and travel arrangements
* Support office operations at our Redcar and Cleveland office and travel to other community settings as required
Qualifications / Experience
* Experience working to deadlines within an organisation
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organisational skills
Location and Travel
This role is based at our office in Redcar and Cleveland. The postholder will be required to travel to and from other community settings.
