We are looking for a reliable Project Scheduler with great communication, common sense and customer service skills. This will be a hands-on role, offering you support every step of the way from your line manager and other experienced colleagues. Main Objectives of the role : Liaising with customers and engineers for each project to book the required appointments, and responding to customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner Sending through appointments confirmation communication via different channels, such as email, texts, and also via our designated app, so we are looking for tech-savvy individuals Escalating customer issues with management when the need arises Do you have what it takes? Good spoken and written communication skills Customer-focused skills gained in retail, hospitality or other similar settings Previous office/ call centre experience is desirable but not essential Problem-solving skills to allow you to deal with complaints and challenges in a calm and professional manner Excellent communication and writing skills Timekeeping and reliability Prioritisation skills and flexibility are required in order to meet commitments and deadlines Organised and excellent administration skills Why work with us?
