Care Assistant
Hours per week: 24 to 48 (Days, 8am - 8pm)
Salary: £13.60 an hour
About The Role
* Plan and provide high‑quality, person‑centred care that keeps residents safe, respected, and independent.
* Lead a team of Care Assistants, ensuring care standards are maintained.
* Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with colleagues.
* Support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager in delivering physical, social and emotional care to residents.
* Handle medication responsibilities, ensuring accurate administration and audit compliance.

About You
* Dynamic, positive energy and strong organisational skills.
* Expertise in person‑centred care planning and dementia care.
* Experience leading teams to deliver exceptional care.
* NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care is advantageous but not essential.
