About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Gluing & Finishing Manager to lead our clients finishing department in a fast-paced print and packaging environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with gluing, foiling, and die-cuttingand a proven ability to manage people, workflow, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily gluing, foiling, and die-cutting operations.
Lead and support a team of finishing operators.
Ensure efficient machine setup and high-quality output.
Plan production schedules and meet deadlines.
Troubleshoot operational or mechanical issues.
Maintain strict quality and safety standards.
Requirements
Essential: strong experience in gluing, foiling, and die-cutting within print/packaging.
Knowledge of folder-gluers, die-cutters, and foiling units (e.g., Bobst, Heidelberg, Vega, etc.).
Previous experience in a supervisory or team-lead role.
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.
