Role Overview:
Based in Havant, our client is a fantastic charity who are looking for an IT Support Officer to join their IT Team. You will be responsible for providing all 1 st Line Support to employees and ensuring that the website is managed to ensure a robust user experience.
Cyber security will paramount to you and you will ensure that security principles are adhered to at all times.
Your Responsibilities:
* Taking full ownership of all 1 st Line IT Support requests
* Setting up new users
* Resolving IT issues either remotely or onsite
* Providing 2 nd Line IT Support
* Suggesting improvements to the IT Manager
* Preparing documentation on cybersecurity, GDPR and other relevant frameworks
* Update webpages as necessary
