The role:
This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who can plan, create and deliver high-performing social content across multiple platforms. You’ll be working across a range of industries, building content strategies, filming on-site, creating engaging video, and supporting wider digital campaigns.
Duties within the role:
1. Manage a portfolio of clients across different industries
2. Plan and schedule engaging content aligned with client objectives
3. Create high-quality content for posts, including short-form videos
4. Write engaging, on-brand captions with strong copywriting principles
5. Build and execute creative social media strategy campaigns
6. Manage your own workload efficiently and meet deadlines consistently
7. Collaborate with internal departments
8. Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and apply them to improve our social media presence
9. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages
The successful candidate:
10. Proven experience in social media management
11. Strong understanding of social media strategy and campaign planning
12. Experience creating both image and video content (filming & editing skills essential in CapCut or similar)
13. Excellent copywriting skills for captions and campaign messaging
14. Ability to handle multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
15. Strong organisational and time-management skills
16. Excellent client relationship skills
17. Creative thinker who brings proactive ideas to the table
18. Knowledge of platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
19. Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools
20. Friendly, outgoing and confident
21. Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
22. A car driver with access your own vehicle
Desirable:
23. Experience within an agency or similar fast-paced environment
24. Basic graphic design skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe)
