We are currently recruiting Behaviour Mentors to work across secondary schools in Bolton, Bury, and Salford, starting immediately or from September 2025. These positions are ideal for individuals passionate about supporting young people and helping them to succeed in a structured and supportive learning environment. About the Role: Providing 1:1 and small group support for students who require additional behavioural or emotional guidance. Covering lessons in the absence of the class teacher, maintaining a calm and positive learning environment. Supporting the pastoral and academic development of pupils with a focus on behaviour management and engagement. Working closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams and SEND departments to implement behaviour strategies and interventions. Ideal Candidates Will Have: A genuine interest in working with young people in an educational setting. Strong communication and behaviour management skills. Resilience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff. A relevant degree or experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
