Duties
* Monitoring progression on site and day-to-day operations on projects
* Continually managing performance against contracts programme
* Maintaining strong relationships with clients
* Producing monthly updates to the Operations Director on project performance
* Arranging resources for project delivery
Requirements
* SMSTS certification
* Ability to commute as and when required
* Experience working in residential groundworks as a Contracts Manager
* Excellent interpersonal skills
Remuneration
* £70,000 to £100,000 p.a.
