Position Details
* Employment Type: Full Time/Permanent
* Working Hours: Monday – Friday (early finish on Fridays)
* Salary: £38-40k DOE, negative equity grant
The Role:
* Overall responsibility for the scheduling process
* Production process planning
* Capacity planning
* Materials scheduling
* Inventory and stock control
* Risk management
* Supplier quality and relationship management
* Forecasting
* Reporting and analysing KPIs
* Leading and supporting improvement initiatives
* Team leadership
* Liaising and collaborating with other departments
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous senior experience as a Planner in a manufacturing environment
* Working knowledge of SAP or similar systems
* People leadership and team development experience
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
