1. Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of SEND needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH.
2. Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to implement individual education plans (IEPs).
3. Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
4. Support pupils in both classroom and one-to-one settings.
5. Monitor progress and contribute to assessment and review processes.
What We’re Looking For:
6. Proven experience working with children with SEND in an educational setting.
7. A calm, patient, and empathetic approach.
8. Strongmunication and teamwork skills.
9. Relevant qualifications ( Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, SEND training).
10. Amitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
