Salary: £90,000 - 90,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for a strong hands-on experience across Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. You should have a proven track record in designing enterprise-scale CRM and Azure-integrated solutions. An in-depth knowledge of custom business logic using plugins, workflows, and low/no-code tools is necessary. Additionally, experience working with REST/SOAP APIs and Azure services is essential. We value a passion for innovation, so familiarity with AI Builder and D365 AI capabilities will be advantageous. You must have a solid understanding of architectural best practices, ALM, source control, and automated deployments. Lastly, the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives, is a must. Please note that this role requires you to be eligible for SC Clearance. Responsibilities: In this role, you will design and deliver robust, elegant Dynamics 365 solutions, covering Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and the Power Platform. You will lead the technical architecture across the full project lifecycle and be responsible for integrating Dynamics 365 with Azure services and third-party platforms. Development of custom plugins, Power Automate flows, and Model-driven apps will be part of your duties as well. You will also provide technical leadership and mentorship to delivery teams to ensure quality, scalability, and security across complex solutions. Facilitating workshops and translating business needs into technical architecture is a crucial aspect of your role, along with configuring CRM forms, dashboards, and views to meet client-specific requirements.
