Overview
Respond to hot, qualified leads and use a consultative approach to guide prospects through their business connectivity needs from initial conversation to close. You will work through a pipeline of warm, pre‑qualified leads from our dedicated outbound lead generation and customer relationship management teams, as well as inbound leads from customers actively searching for the best deals.
Our Connectivity team doesn’t just sell – we manage our own renewals and grow our existing customer base, ensuring long‑term relationships and continued success for both our clients and our team.
We work with market‑leading names such as Vodafone, BT, Daisy Communications, and Virgin Media.
Key Responsibilities
* Understand each customer’s connectivity needs.
* Offer the right technology and communications solutions.
* Overcome objections with confidence.
* Close the deal while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
* Expand our customer base by securing renewals and uncovering new cross‑sell opportunities.
Qualifications
* No stranger to a fast‑paced sales environment.
* At least 2 years of B2B telecoms sales success, with confidence, motivation, and a drive to hit and exceed targets.
* A clear understanding of SOGEA, FTTC, ADSL, PSTN, ISDN, and Lease Line would be highly advantageous.
Compensation & Benefits
Basic salary £28,000, moving to £30,000 after probation, with an uncapped OTE of £55k+ – no catches, just realistic targets designed to be achieved.
