Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our small office team from the start of October. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in administrative tasks and office management, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This role requires excellent organisational skills, effective communication, and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities (but not limited to)
* Invoicing (using Xero)
* Sending out quotes
* Answering incoming calls and responding to email queries
* Audit preparation (ISO 9001:2015)
* General administrative duties
* Prepare documents and reports using Microsoft Office applications
Skills
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
* Computer skills
* Previous office experience desirable
Starting hours would be part time, leading to full time
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
