Reporting to the Bodyshop Manager and working as part of a team of 6 productives, as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer, your key objectives will include:
4. Fulfil all tasks to the customer’s complete satisfaction.
5. Complete the assigned jobs within the estimated paint times.
6. Safeguard the customer’s vehicle and its contents while in the bodyshop.
7. Ensure that all vehicles comply with safety standards when returned to the customer.
8. Carry out repairs according to best practice and procedures.
9. Meet acceptable safety and quality standards.

To be eligible, you will ideally be fully qualified to NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in Vehicle Accident Repair Paint Principles or have several years of "time-served" experience working as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer with a strong working knowledge of water-based paint. You will need to have your own spray guns (our client provides most other equipment), hold a driving licence with minimal points, be a committed individual and a good team player. You must be able to produce high-quality workmanship in a busy working environment and be motivated to work towards targets set for your team. Our client only does manufacturer-approved work, so if you're looking to break away from insurance-only work, then this is the job for you!

14. Overtime paid at a time-and-a-half.
15. Workplace pension scheme.
16. 20 days annual holiday allowance plus the 8bank holidays.
17. Access to further technical training.
18. Fantastic career development prospects with a well-regarded accident repair centre
19. 40-hour week. 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday.
