Igloo is currently looking for an experienced Customer Management Administrator to join our client based in Sheerness. Our client is a leader in the automotive industry, with operations throughout the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Answering customer phone calls
2. Dealing with queries and complaints
3. After sales enquiries
4. Providing general administration duties to the office
5. Other duties as and when required
Requirements:
6. Previous administration and customer service experience is a must
7. Experience using Microsoft packages (Excel, Outlook)
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
9. Experience within transport or logistics is an advantage but not essential
10. This is an office-based role, so you must be able to reliably commute to Sheerness
