KM4HR are seeking to recruit and experienced HR & Payroll Systems Officer for this newly created role.
Reporting in the senior HR team, we require a knowledgeable systems officer with advanced iTrent work experience to lead on key projects while building operational workflows and processes.
Daily you will actively be involved in the following areas;
* reviewing and improving workflow processes
* upgrades and thoroughly reviewing functionality
* making efficiency suggestions for the business
* processes and creating manuals for all
* software integrations for all relevant & required stakeholders
* providing cover for the Payroll team when needed including full payroll processing
Whilst this is not a payroll position you will have a very close working relationship with this team. In particularly busy periods support will be required so a familiarity and background in payroll processing is required.
This is also a largely remote position but will require attendance onsite approx. once a month for planned business events/meetings.
