Coordinate and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints. Supervise site personnel, including contractors and subcontractors, to ensure quality workmanship and safety standards are maintained. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as necessary. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally. Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment of project goals. Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and project files. Requirements: Proven experience in an Assistant Site Manager role, with a background in residential construction. Qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, and a degree in Construction Management, or a related field. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites.
