Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Property Photographer and Videographer. The professional will be responsible for capturing high-quality photographs and videos of properties to showcase their features effectively. Day-to-day tasks include arranging and conducting photo and video shoots, editing captured content, adhering to brand guidelines, and delivering finalized media in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with team members and clients to create compelling visual content that aligns with brand and marketing objectives.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in photography, photo editing, and videography
* Experience with photo and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro) or similar tools
* Ability to manage shoots, handle equipment, and ensure proper lighting and framing
* Understanding of real estate marketing and the ability to highlight property features effectively
* Time management, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
* Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact with clients and team members
* A creative and innovative approach to producing captivating visual content
* A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation are a plus
* Prior experience in real estate photography/videography is advantageous
