Job Title: Property Manager

Type of Employment: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 9am - 5:30pm (Monday to Friday, with an hour for lunch) Office Based.
About this Role:
We are excited to be looking for a Property Manager due to growth at our London based brand, Esskay. The successful candidate will manage his / her own portfolio and manage all aspects of residential property management (legal, maintenance, repairs, major works, HR, financial, health and fire safety, etc) to ensure that all buildings, clients, leaseholders and residents' requirements, management agreements services, and expectations are met. Weekly or fortnightly visits to each building, attendance to Directors meetings, Annual General Meetings are required and as per management and management agreements.
Main Duties and Objectives:
* To be familiar with leases/TP1s for properties within the portfolio and enforcing the covenants and ensuring that obligations are met in line with current property law.
* Prepare and issue budgets for properties within the portfolio and monitor expenditure.
* Agree year end accounts for properties with the client and deal with enquiries as they arise.
* Carry out regular visits to properties within the portfolio and carry out EGM/AGMs.
* Appoint and manage the performance of cleaners, grounds maintenance and other contractors.
Essential Skills:
* At least 5 years' experience in a similar role with high end residential property management.
* Experience of managing site staff.
* A proficient level in IT (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* ATPI qualified to a minimum, ideally MTPI qualified.
* Experience of preparing and issuing budgets for properties.
