We are looking for a Corporate Sales Manager to join the Corporate Team at the Toyota Centre in Waterlooville. The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting and training the sales team for optimal performance.

The Corporate Sales Manager’s role will involve:

* Directing and supervising sales operations to ensure profit maximization and achievement of sales targets.
* Reaching out to customers via emails and calls to promote products and services.
* Delivering sales pitches and presentations to highlight product benefits and encourage purchases.
* Collaborating with the manufacturer on larger opportunities to leverage potential and secure the best terms for customers.
* Motivating and guiding the sales team to improve performance and meet goals.
* Assessing sales team performance and productivity.
* Partnering with marketing to develop strategies that enhance sales while maintaining brand compliance.
* Researching market trends, leads, and new sales opportunities.
* Analyzing sales data and preparing reports to inform decision-making.
* Providing aftersales support to maximize revenue and build long-term relationships with corporate customers.
* Communicating company objectives with manufacturers and sharing relevant information.
