Within the Technology Department at Agoda, the Tech Recruitment team has the rewarding responsibility to take ownership of all hiring efforts to fill roles within the Tech Department. We partner with Tech stakeholders to ensure successful recruitment based on SLA and KPIs. The Opportunity
In this role, you will develop and implement recruiting strategies to identify high-quality and diverse candidates. You will focus on active candidate generation for positions across the Technology department locally and globally, acting as a recruitment expert and talent advisor to Tech Stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Apply your knowledge and experience to recruit for Technology roles with ownership of end-to-end recruitment
* Screen candidates for technical skills and cultural fit, understanding their motivation
* Collaborate with Tech Sourcers and Hiring Managers to align targets and sourcing efforts
* Brainstorm recruitment strategies with the team and stakeholders
* Produce results in an ambiguous environment, making decisions quickly
* Partner with Tech Sourcers, Recruitment Coordinators, and Stakeholders independently and collaboratively
* Utilize data to inform market insights and shape recruitment strategies
Qualifications
* 4+ years of in-house technical end-to-end recruiting experience
* Experience working with senior leadership and stakeholders in Tech
* Recruitment experience for roles in Software Engineering, Full Stack, Back End, and Data Engineering
* Proficiency with ATS, sourcing tools, and social media platforms
* Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Skills
* Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter expertise
* Experience in Product, E-commerce, OTA, or internet companies
