Are you passionate about driving innovation and ensuring project excellence? We’re looking for a Physical & Biological PMO Manager to lead governance, assurance, and delivery oversight across our Innovation portfolio.
Key Accountabilities
1. Govern project initiation, delivery, and post-implementation reviews
2. Ensure adherence to project standards and methodologies
3. Provide quality assurance and nd line oversight for projects
4. Track benefits, manage risks, and oversee cost planning
5. Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment
6. Support post-investment reviews and continuous improvement
7. Full visibility of project risks and alignment with strategic goals
8. Delivery of value beyond time and budget
9. Strong stakeholder confidence and clear communication
You’ll be based out of our head office in Coventry and withthis being such a critical role, we’re ideally looking for someone who can join us hours a week
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
10. Experience in PMO or project management
11. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
12. Self-driven and pro-active problem solving skills
13. Experience in benefits planning and delivery
14. Proven ability to adapt and influence at all levels
