Residential Conveyancing Locum - Gateshead

We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Locum to join a busy and well-regarded legal team on a temporary basis in Gateshead.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented locum to support a dynamic property team. You will be managing or assisting on a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, providing key support to fee earners during a busy period.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing or assisting with a caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion
* Handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages
* Drafting legal documents and correspondence
* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
* Ensuring transactions progress efficiently and meet key deadlines
Requirements
* Previous experience in residential conveyancing is essential
* Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and client care skills

* Location: Gateshead
