This is a great opportunity to join a professional, structured environment with strong earning potential and clear processes in place. ________________________________________ The Role You’ll be the main point of contact for customers, managing the service journey from initial booking through to vehicle handover. • Booking vehicles in for service, maintenance and repair • Keeping customers updated throughout the day • Liaising with workshop technicians on progress and requirements • Preparing estimates and final invoices • Delivering a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment ________________________________________ What We’re Looking For • Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade • Experience in a main dealer environment preferred • VAG experience beneficial but not essential • Strong communication and organisation skills • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment • Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points) ________________________________________ What’s On Offer • £32,000 – £34,000 basic salary • Bonus of circa £4,000 per year • Monday to Friday working • 1 in 4 Saturdays (8:30 – 13:00) • 22 days holiday bank holidays • Additional birthday day off • Long service increases up to 25 days • Manufacturer training and development • Onsite/local parking • Stable, professional working environment ________________________________________ This role would suit a Service Advisor looking for a structured main dealer setup with good earning potential, while still being part of a supportive team.
