A respected and expanding legal team is seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor with 3+ years PQE or equivalent, to join their practice. * Advise on all areas of family law, including divorce, children matters, financial disputes, and domestic abuse
* Represent clients in court, including final hearings and contested proceedings
* Handle a mixed caseload of Private and Legal Aid clients
* Ensure compliance with Legal Aid Agency (LAA) processes and maintain high standards of service
* Provide clear, accessible advice to clients, supporting them through challenging times
The ideal candidate will have:
* 3+ years PQE in family law
* Strong advocacy experience
* Experience with Legal Aid funding and applications
* Excellent communication skills and ability to manage sensitive matters
